铜绿山矿井下爆破振动对矿区周边建筑扰动研究Assessment of Blasting Vibration Effects from Tonglushan Mine Operations on Surrounding Buildings

摘要(Abstract):
铜绿山矿目前已进入深部开采阶段,为评估地下爆破作业对周边居民建筑物的安全影响,采用理论分析与现场监测相结合的方法,对矿区井下爆破振动特性及其传播规律进行研究。在露天坑南侧铜山村布置爆破测振仪及配套速度传感器,对三次中深孔爆破过程中的振动进行监测,获取了振动主频、振动速度等爆破振动效应数据。通过与国家爆破振动安全允许标准对比,分析了爆破振动对周边建筑物的影响程度,并采用萨道夫斯基经验公式对爆破振动的衰减特性及影响范围进行拟合与预测。结果表明:(1)铜绿山矿三次中深孔爆破的振动主频范围为9.0~50.0 Hz,各监测点爆破振动速度矢量合成最大值分别为0.036 cm/s、0.048 cm/s、0.043 cm/s,均低于建筑物爆破振动安全允许限值;(2)通过对三次中深孔爆破振动参数的回归分析,萨道夫斯基经验公式中与爆破条件及岩性有关的系数K和α分别为93.68和1.76,铜绿山矿爆区岩石特性属于中硬-坚硬岩石,爆破效应可有效控制在安全范围内,能够确保深部采矿对周边环境及建筑安全影响较小。
