无索预裂爆破施工技术研究及应用Research and Application of Non-detonating-cord Presplitting Blasting Technology

摘要(Abstract):
传统预裂爆破通常采用导爆索结合竹片进行不耦合装药,但国内某些地区,受民爆物品管控政策限制,导爆索难以采购,严重影响了边坡施工进度与边坡治理效果。为此,本研究旨在开发一种不使用导爆索的新型预裂爆破工艺,以突破材料供应限制,并在作业效率、成本控制与起爆可靠性等方面实现综合优化。本研究提出“无索预裂爆破”技术,其核心包括两项关键创新:一是采用高精度工业电子雷管替代导爆索作为起爆元件,通过孔内延时设置实现相邻炮孔顺序起爆,利用应力波叠加形成平整预裂缝;二是采用φ60 mm乳化炸药替代传统φ32 mm药卷,并采用间隔装药结构,通过控制药卷间距调节爆破能量分布,在保证成缝效果的同时保护孔壁完整性。此外,还系统优化了与该工艺配套的钻孔参数、延米装药量、堵塞长度及孔间延时等关键参数。现场应用表明:与传统工艺相比,作业效率提升15倍以上,材料成本降低23%,人工成本下降92%,主要得益于工序简化与起爆元件精确使用;工业电子雷管具备全程电阻检测功能,实现起爆网路100%可检,极大提升了安全性与可靠性;爆破后边坡半孔率达90%以上,岩体完整平整,满足长期稳定要求。本研究成功验证了以电子雷管与φ60 mm乳化炸药间隔装药为核心的无索预裂爆破技术的可行性与优越性。该技术不仅解决了导爆索短缺下的预裂爆破施工的难题,更在效率、成本与安全性方面实现全面提升,为类似条件下的露天矿山边坡工程提供了可复制、可推广的解决方案,具有广泛的工程应用前景。
