隧道周边孔空孔导向孔间爆生裂纹扩展机制研究Blast-induced Crack Propagation Mechanism Between Tunnel Perimeter Holes Guiding Effect of Empty Holes

摘要(Abstract):
隧道钻爆法施工中,周边孔孔间爆生裂纹扩展贯通效果决定爆破开挖轮廓面的成形质量。为探究空孔对隧道周边孔孔间爆生裂纹扩展规律及贯通效果的影响机制,首先基于隧道周边孔空孔导向双孔起爆裂纹扩展模型试验,研究有/无空孔导向下周边孔孔间裂纹扩展贯通效果,并分析炮孔间距L及不耦合系数K对孔间裂纹扩展贯通的影响机制;其次通过数值模拟研究有/无空孔导向下孔间应力波传播规律,并进一步揭示空孔对于孔间裂纹扩展贯通的导向机制。结果表明:无空孔导向时,当K=2.0且L=11D(炮孔直径)或K=1.25/1.5且L=13D时,炮孔间裂纹贯通效果相对较好;有空孔导向时,当K=1.5且L=13D时,空孔的导向作用最为显著,炮孔间形成与炮孔连心线几乎重合的平整贯通裂纹;空孔孔壁处反射拉伸波与后续入射波叠加形成的应力集中效应使孔间裂纹扩展路径向炮孔连心线方向偏转,从而实现对炮孔间裂纹扩展贯通的导向作用;此外,空孔导向下周边孔裂纹区半径明显小于无空孔工况,表明空孔具有引导周边孔孔间裂纹定向贯通并抑制其沿非预期方向扩展的双重调控机制。
