基于小直径装药技术骨料矿山爆破粉矿率控制研究Study on Control of Fines Generation in Aggregate Quarry Blasting based on Small-diameter Charge Technology

摘要(Abstract):
某骨料矿山石灰岩区域由于节理裂隙较发育且长期采用连续耦合装药结构导致爆破后粉矿率高,为降低该区域爆破粉矿率,优化爆破块度,基于不耦合装药爆破作用机理,提出小直径装药技术。首先在ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件中构建基于现场实测的爆破块度与节理岩体损伤关联模型;之后开展数值模拟试验,通过对比小直径装药结构与传统不耦合装药结构的爆破效果来验证小直径装药技术可行性;再次通过模拟试验探究小直径装药段长度与爆破粉矿率的关系,进一步优化小直径装药技术;最后在模拟试验结果基础上进行现场爆破试验,探究优化后小直径装药技术的爆破效果。由数值模拟结果可知,小直径装药技术具有更好的爆破块度控制效果,采用两段2.0 m小直径药包装药结构粉矿率最低;现场试验结果表明,相比于连续耦合装药爆破,采用含有两段2.0 m小直径药包的装药结构爆破,爆破粉矿率降低了6.53个百分点,且大块率基本不变。为同类型骨料矿山爆破提供了有益的参考。
