爆速与填塞长度对压渣爆破效果影响分析Analysis of Effects of Detonation Velocity and Stemming Length on Muck Pile Blasting Performance

摘要(Abstract):
为了揭示压渣爆破中爆速与填塞长度对爆破效果的影响机制,优化爆破参数设计,提升炸药能量利用效率与作业安全性。通过建立模糊数学-熵权-层次分析体系,分析出符合现场施工要求的最优爆速、填塞长度区间;借助离散元软件PFC构建压渣爆破力学模型,分析不同爆速与填塞长度组合下的应力波传播、裂隙扩展及能量传递规律,通过现场实时采集爆破振动参数、岩体破碎块度分布、爆堆形态特征等核心技术指标,与模拟结果的对比分析,验证最优参数区间的工程适配性及数值模拟结果的准确性与可信度。结果表明:压渣爆破下现场混装乳化炸药爆速存在最优区间,位于4500 m/s左右时与花岗岩较为匹配,爆速过低炸药能量释放不足导致大块率升高,爆速过高则因应力波峰值压力高导致粉矿率升高;填塞长度与台阶高度存在临界匹配关系,填塞长度为台阶高度20%~26%时,可平衡上下部破碎效果;通过采取针对性技术措施、推行精细化爆破施工,合理调整炸药爆速与填塞长度,可有效改善台阶爆破在既有孔网参数下爆破效果。研究明确了爆速-填塞长度的耦合作用机制,为露天矿山压渣爆破参数优化提供理论依据与工程参考。
