According to the newly published "Guide to the Core Journals of China" (2023 edition), Blasting ranked the third in the category of  Mining Engineering (except coal mining), which was 3 places ahead of the sixth place in the 2020 edition, and ranked in the top 30% among the 11 journals in this category.
